Warrior Girls Track Team Competes in Lansing Honor Roll Meet of Champions

The girls track team from Waverly had some outstanding performances at the Greater Lansing Honor Roll Meet of Champions at Sexton on Tuesday. Girls & Boys Track Squads Win CAAC Conference Championship Meet at DeWitt

Both Girls and Boys Track Teams won their CAAC Red Conference Meet Championship! The girls team defeated Mason 145 – 121.  CAAC Red Champions of the meet for the girls were Priscilla Trainor, Jazlynn Wilcox, Teaghan Thomas, Maya Garrett, Tra’chelle Roberts, Malin Smith, Maya Bennett, Hayle Flowers and Sydney Green,  The boys team defeated St.

The girls varsity track team had an outstanding day at Friday’s MHSAA Regional meet. The girls team finished with the championship, beating Corunna 104 to 95 The team Qualifies for the MITCA Team Championship Meet May 27 at Harper Creek High School.  The team had the following girls qualify for the MHSAA Division 2 State

Girls Varsity Track Falls to Mason

The Lady Warriors lost a very narrow meet to the Mason Bulldogs and fall to 3-1 on the season. Their hopes for a conference Championship are still strong as they still have DeWitt next week and the Conference Championship meet in 2 weeks.
