The MHSAA Girls Basketball District Contests scheduled at Waverly High School are on as scheduled. 5:00 PM Grand Ledge vs. East Lansing. DeWitt vs. Waverly game will follow 20 minutes after the game. The final game will be played between the winners on Friday, March 4 at 7:00 PM. All seats are $5.00. No passes
The Waverly-Lansing Catholic Boys Swim Team earned a share of the CAAC Red Swim Trophy by winning the Red Division Championship at Mason Saturday. Waverly-Lansing Catholic advances a number of swimmers to the MHSAA State Final Meet at Saginaw Valley scheduled for March 11-12. The team placed 4th in the 200 meter free relay. Niels Lashbrook
